Answer to Job by C.G. Jung – Review and Commentary

Here is the greatest psychologist of the 20th Century, near the end of his long life of prodigious scholarship, making his case to the high court of the ages. It is a masterstroke! As Dr. Jung said himself in a letter to Aniella Jaffé, “I have landed the great whale; I mean ‘Answer to Job.'” Sonu Shamdasani’s Foreword to the 2010 Edition, P. viii, Answer to Job, C.G. Jung.

I found that many of Dr. Jung’s observations were quite funny in the context of the late 20th Century and early 21st Century, much of which he predicted in his book. At the very least, it answered many questions I have struggled with in religion for my whole life.
